Brickworks Scarf
Something about the way this scarf knit up made me think of those ubiquitous molded plastic building blocks, and since it is being sent to the Red Scarf Project for college kids from foster homes, I think it's an appropriate transition piece as these young adults enter a new stage of their lives.
It's a simple pattern with just enough going on to fight off boredom. Knit one for the Red Scarf Project, then knit one for someone special in your life who also needs a hug from home.
